Step One • Set the Scene
The more comfortable you are, the more relaxing of an experience you will have with Shrumfuzed. Whether it is in nature, in a blanket fort, or with friends – make sure your surroundings are relaxing for you. We often find the headspace you go into the Shrumfuzed Experience with will be amplified. Setting up fun lights, visuals, and surrounding yourself with different textures and tastes can really add to the fun.
Step Two • Start Slow
Shrumfuzed can affect everyone differently. What one piece feels like to you may feel like a mind blowing experience to your friend, and vice versa. Start with 1-2 pieces and wait about 20 minutes before taking more to judge your state of mind and body. Shrumfuzed is purposefully fast acting so you can build and create your own experience as you go.
Step Three • Let Go
Let yourself experience the effects of Shrumfuzed. Lay back, get comfortable, and let the waves crash.
